Well, it actually isn't snowing anywhere near qball.org's headquarters, but we like to pretend. And we cannot think of a better way to pretend about snow then to make snowflakes!

Well, thankfully, the good folks at Jockey provided the holiday internet surfers with Make-A-Flake. An updated version of what we all use to do in kindergarten. Everyone has taken a piece of paper and folded it up to cut out triangles, squares, and hopefully circles. Once unfolded it had some crazy pattern that helped everyone learn the valuable lesson that no two snowflakes are alike.
Well, Make-A-Flake saves all that hassle of folding paper, small bits of paper, and cutting of fingers. At the site you get to cut paper online and see the how it magically turns into a snowflake. It is quite entertaining. Plus, to make you feel insignificant, a a gallery exists of some pretty amazing looking pieces of virtual paper.
We tried for hours to make a cool looking Q (for qball) but it was futile. We even tried folding actual paper to find out if it was possible. In the end, we did some drinking then went back and made the cool looking flake in this post. Not bad huh? No Q, but if you look at it real close, you can make out qball.org. Let us know how your snowflake turns out, we may even post a few we like...(how is that for reader participation?)
You're just jealous.

Posted by: Kerry on December 10, 2004 12:09 PMHow in the world did you make a snowflake that looks that good? All of mine look like they were made by kindergarteners. Frankly, I blame Pejman and/or you.
Posted by: Jen on December 12, 2004 02:18 PMHow can you possibly blame me? We all know that Pej is the person who must be blamed.
Posted by: Q on December 12, 2004 09:13 PMi hate all of you. Great game, Cardinals.
Quite frankly, I blame Pejman for the Cardinals losing, too.
