I am guessing there are quite a few of you content on using the security riddled internet browser IE from Microsoft. This download is to make you aware that there are other choices out there. You maybe thinking of Netscape, but that browser is a big boat when it comes to loading and opening pages. I am talking about Mozilla, an open source based browser.
Mozilla is what Netscape was based on, but soon tried to add way too much unnecessary features. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of features in Mozilla, it's no some bare bone piece of crap. For starters, there is a pop-up blocker, you can't browse without one nowadays. They also have a great bookmark navigation and search tool. The best feature in this browser is what they call tab browsing. This opens other pages within one window, instead of having several different windows laying all over the place. Here you will find some other arguments for using the Mozilla browser.
I know it's a big step to switch browsers, but if you give it some time, customizing Mozilla may turn out to be a decent choice. And you can all thank me for the wonderful idea.
